This is the "Registration of Interest" for those interested in adopting a Rescue Chinchilla, please complete this page and 'submit' it. If you have had a look at the "Chins Ready For Adoption" and one, or a pair, really took your interest - please state their names on this page.
Once I have received the form, via email, I will make contact with you and organise a time and day that suits us both.
If interest is still there in adopting a rescue, after people have been to see the chins, there are two more forms to complete, one is the actual "Application Form", and then, if that is all approved and the potential new chin parents and myself are happy with everything, then the "Adoption Agreement" which is the actual contract, which states the chosen Chinchilla(s).
If the new chin parent has picked a Chinchilla(s) for adoption and requires time to get a cage completely set-up, that is perfectly fine that the Chin(s) are placed on hold, within an agreed time-frame, with no adoption fee being paid until the actual adoption day.
